Do you love working with kids?

We are looking for outgoing people who are punctual, organized and love working with kids. Experience with group management is beneficial.

Experience is not necessary for our entry-level positions. We have an excellent training system for our employees that allows anyone with a passion for teaching to work at Top-Flight Athletics.

  • Able to work a majority of evenings and some weekends

Tumble Academy Instructor

Must have experience working with various ages and abilities. Experience with coaching tumbling or gymnastics not necessary but must be passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their life.

Birthday Party/Daytime Playtime Staff

Must be able to interact with parents and children comfortably. Must be able to work weekends (Birthday Parties) and/or weekday mornings (Daytime Playtime).

Preschool Tumbling Instructor

Must have group management skills and ability to manage younger children. Must be able to communicate effectively. Experience is not necessary, but must be passionate about working with littles!

Cheerleading Coach

Those who love working with children and share a passion for cheerleading are encouraged to apply for this position as long as they’re aware of the prerequisite training involved. Experience is preferred. This position may require teaching tumbling classes as well.

Front Office Staff

Must love interacting with parents, children and other staff members, be comfortable speaking on the phone, have good writing skills and be eager to learn. A great front desk member would have excellent customer service skills and be detail-oriented.
