Top-Flight Athletics invites you to join our Rise Up + Be Strong women’s bootcamp. Led by an expert coach, this program is designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. In addition to our in-gym sessions, members join a supportive community through our private Facebook group, where we share nutrition tips, daily motivation, and accountability to help you reach your goals.
Each workout is intentionally varied so you never get bored or hit a plateau. You can expect a mix of cardiovascular conditioning like plyometrics and running, combined with strength training using kettlebells, resistance bands, stability balls, and weights. We wrap up every session with focused stretching to ensure you leave feeling strong and refreshed.
